Softball Recap: Coffee County Central Triumphs

Coffee County Central won the last time they faced Huntsville and things went their way on Saturday too. The Red Raiders skirted past the Panthers 3-1.

Paisley Campbell was excellent, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two doubles and two RBI. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was Jalyn Moran, who scored a run while going 2-for-2.

Coffee County Central's victory bumped their record up to 15-7. As for Huntsville, with the loss, they broke their six-game winning streak and moved their record to 22-9-1.

Coffee County Central wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 7-6 defeat against Giles County on the 5th. As for Huntsville, they will take on Grissom at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
