It was a proper cat-fight when Warden faced off against Tonasket on Saturday. The Cougars lost 3-0 to the Tigers. The loss continues a trend for the Cougars in their meetings with the Tigers: they've now lost three in a row.

Warden's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Tonasket, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 6-0.

Looking ahead, Warden is taking a road trip to square off against Columbia at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The match will give the Cougars their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Tonasket, they will take on Chelan at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
