Volleyball Recap: Chetek-Weyerhaeuser Takes a Loss

Chetek-Weyerhaeuser lost against Spring Valley on September 9th and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Bulldogs fell 3-1 to the Cardinals.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 21-25, 25-20, 25-13.

Chetek-Weyerhaeuser has been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season. As for Spring Valley, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-6.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Chetek-Weyerhaeuser will take on rival Mondovi at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Spring Valley is set to square off against their familiar foe Boyceville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
