Volleyball Recap: Shadow Ridge Gets the Win

Shadow Ridge won the last time they faced Apollo and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Stallions came out on top against the Hawks by a score of 3-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Stallions.

Shadow Ridge found their leader in sophomore David Thompson, who had 13 digs and two assists. Those 13 digs set a new season-high mark for Thompson.

Shadow Ridge's victory bumped their record up to 8-16. As for Apollo, their loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 5-12.

Shadow Ridge does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Apollo, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Glendale on the 29th.
