Cassopolis is 3-0 against Lawrence since February of 2023 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Cassopolis Rangers will welcome the Lawrence Tigers at 6:00 p.m. Cassopolis will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

Cassopolis found their leader in freshman Maddy Yakel, who posted eight points along with eight boards and six steals. With that strong performance, Yakel is now averaging an impressive 2.4 steals per game. Ryley Bowsher was another key player, putting up 14 points and four steals.
Cassopolis smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 20 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in four consecutive games.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Lawrence, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They secured a 44-38 W over Decatur on Thursday.
Lawrence's win came from a few key players Cassopolis will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Carolina Mancera, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and ten rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Hailey Camp, who went 6 of 13 on her way to 12 points along with seven rebounds and three steals.
Lawrence's victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Cassopolis, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Cassopolis has crashing the boards this season, having averaged 31 boards per game. However, it's not like Lawrence struggles in that department as they've been averaging 30.6 boards. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
Cassopolis took their win against Lawrence in their previous meeting back in February of 2024 by a conclusive 54-28. Does Cassopolis have another victory up their sleeve, or will Lawrence turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
