Recap: Hingham Harbormen vs. Scituate Sailors
The Hingham Harbormen's's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their fourth straight loss. They fell just short of Scituate by a score of 13-10. Hingham lost against Scituate in their previous head to head back in November of 2022, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 42-10 score last time.
The critical scores for Scituate came from Alex Burrill and Grayson Foley.
Hingham has been struggling recently, as they've lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-8 record this season. As for Scituate, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-3.
Hingham does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Scituate will be staying on the road on December 1st to face off against Duxbury at 5:30 p.m. on December 1st. Duxbury is on a four-game streak of home wins, Scituate a five-game streak of away wins -- so someone will have to leave a streak behind on the field.
