Basketball Recap: Riverheads Takes a Loss

After flying high against Waynesboro last Friday, Riverheads came back down to earth. The Riverheads Gladiators took a blow against the Staunton Storm on Thursday, falling 108-52. The Gladiators haven't had much luck with the Storm recently, as the team's come up short the last seven times they've met.

Riverheads now has a losing record of 10-11. As for Staunton, the win (which was their 15th in a row) raised their record to 20-2.

Looking ahead, Riverheads will host Wilson Memorial at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday. Staunton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
