Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Chesapeake). They put the hurt on the South Point Pointers with a sharp 8-2 victory on Monday. It was an even better day for Lily Helmstetler as she scored five goals for her team.

The win made it two in a row for Chesapeake and bumps their season record up to 3-12. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 13 goals over those two matches. As for South Point, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 0-10-1.
