Freeport has gone a perfect 10-0 against Jefferson recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Pretzels will be playing at home against the J-Hawks at 4:30 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses apiece.

Freeport managed to slip by Guilford the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Pretzels came up short against the Vikings on Monday, falling 10-2.

Freeport saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Quinn Krzeminiski, who went 1-for-3 with one run and one double. Diem Beach was another, going 2-for-3 with one triple.

Meanwhile, Jefferson lost 12-1 to Rockford Auburn on Monday.

Jefferson's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Freeport, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-9.

Everything went Freeport's way against Jefferson in their previous matchup back in May of 2024, as Freeport made off with a 17-7 win. Do the Pretzels have another victory up their sleeve, or will the J-Hawks turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
