Soccer Recap: Schlagle Comes Up Short

Schlagle came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 4-0 to the Sumner Academy Sabres. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Sumner Academy this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 8-0 back in September.

Schlagle has also been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-12-1 record this season. As for Sumner Academy, their win bumped their record up to 8-6-1.

As of now, neither Schlagle nor the Sabres have any future games scheduled.
