Baseball Recap: Dierks Gets the Win

Dierks won the last time they faced Mountain Pine and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Outlaws came out on top against the Red Devils by a score of 9-5. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Outlaws.

Dylan Moore was excellent, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three RBI. Those three hits gave him a new career-high. Peyton Boeckman was another key player, scoring a run while going 1-for-3.

Dierks always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .513. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Dierks' record is now 2-7. As for Mountain Pine, their loss dropped their record down to 6-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Dierks will host Camden Fairview at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Outlaws are on a four-game streak of home losses, and the Cardinals a three-game streak of away losses. However, someone's due for a change in luck. As for Mountain Pine, they will face off against Murfreesboro at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
