Football Game Preview: Mesquite Wildcats vs. Arcadia Titans + Official Tickets

Two dominant backs in Parker Kaczmarek and Ryan Jimenez are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Mesquite Wildcats will welcome the Arcadia Titans at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.

On Friday, Mesquite didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Eastmark, but they still walked away with a 39-34 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wildcats.

Mesquite can attribute much of their success to Andrew Joiner, who picked up 90 receiving yards and one touchdown. Those 90 receiving yards gave Joiner a new career-high.

Mesquite didn't let much get past them through the air: they limited Eastmark to a completion percentage of just 40%. The Wildcats weren't nearly as limited: they posted one of 81.8%.

Meanwhile, while Arcadia put up plenty of points on Friday, the same can't be said for Combs. The Titans blew past the Coyotes 37-0. The Titans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five contests by 20 points or more this season.

Mesquite better keep an eye on Jax Ashley. He was instrumental in Arcadia's win, picking up 98 receiving yards and one TD. Ashley's longest reception was for an incredible 95 yards.

Arcadia's victory bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Mesquite, their win bumped their record up to 5-2.

Mesquite took a serious blow against Arcadia in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, falling 42-10. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Jimenez, who rushed for 120 yards and one score. Now that the Wildcats know the damage he can cause, will they be able to stop him this time?
