Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Williamsville South walked away with it. They never let the Charter School for Applied Tech Eagles get on the board and left with a 10-0 win on Saturday. The victory was familiar territory for the Billies, who have now won four contests in a row.

Williamsville South's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-7. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.8 runs over those games. As for Charter School for Applied Tech, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 3-1.

Looking ahead, Williamsville South will head out on the road to take on Iroquois at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
