Softball Recap: Cornerstone Christian Takes a Loss

Cornerstone Christian's last matchup with Valley Christian could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's game on Friday. The Cougars lost 20-8 to the Vikings. The defeat leaves the Cougars still looking for their first win of the season.

Cornerstone Christian's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Valley Christian, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-5.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Cornerstone Christian is set to take on their familiar foe Urban at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Valley Christian will challenge rival The Bay School at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
