Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Washington). They strolled past the Buckeye Hawks with points to spare on Thursday, taking the game 61-47. Winning may never get old, but the Rams sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Washington now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Buckeye, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Washington will venture away from home to square off against Kellis at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Kellis knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past six games -- so hopefully Washington likes a good challenge. As for Buckeye, they and Estrella Foothills will face off at 7:00 p.m. on Friday without much rest having both just played.
