Volleyball Recap: Whitney Takes a Loss

Whitney's tournament run continued when they took on Lincoln on Saturday. Whitney fell just short of Lincoln by a score of 2-1. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Cooper Michael paced Whitney's offense, picking up eight kills. Michael got some help from Martin Lim and his 11 assists.

Whitney's defeat dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Lincoln, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-1.

Whitney wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against West Park on the 22nd. As for Lincoln, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Clovis East on the 22nd.
