Baseball Recap: Alamo Heights Victorious

Alamo Heights posted their closest win since February 18th on Tuesday. They skirted past the New Braunfels Unicorns 4-3. The Mules have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Unicorns, too.

Alamo Heights saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Hunt Conger, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI.

Alamo Heights' victory bumped their record up to 8-16-1. As for New Braunfels, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 19-6 record this season.

Alamo Heights will have a chance to go back-to-back against New Braunfels: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
