You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter, and that's exactly how it played out for Delta on Saturday. They came out on top against the Mississinewa Indians by a score of 58-49. The win continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Indians: they've now won seven in a row.

Delta got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Jordan Furney out in front who went 6 of 12 to rack up 17 points and three blocks. The team also got some help courtesy of Bronson Edwards, who went 6 for 11 on his way to 15 points and eight rebounds.

Despite the defeat, Mississinewa had strong showings from Kiontaye Woods, who almost dropped a double-double on 17 points and nine boards, and Rayveon Fetz, who went 6 of 9 en route to 17 points. That's the most points Woods has posted since back in November of 2024.

Delta's record now sits at 12-5. As for Mississinewa, their loss dropped their record down to 8-8.
