Baseball Recap: Resurrection Christian Cougars vs. Eaton Reds
Resurrection Christian extended their losing streak to three on Friday, dropping their season record down to 13-8 in the process. They fell 5-2 to the Eaton Reds. The Cougars were not able to make up for their defeat to the Reds from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.
Resurrection Christian got a good showing from Merick Fisbeck, who tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Fisbeck has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits any time he's pitched this season.
