West Fargo and Sheyenne are an even 5-5 against one another since May of 2018, but likely not for long. The Packers will take on the Mustangs at 6:15 p.m. on Monday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

West Fargo is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of North Dakota's top teams: Central Cass, who was ranked eighth at the time (West Fargo was ranked 23rd). The Packers fell 9-6 to the Squirrels on Friday.

Meanwhile, Sheyenne came up short against Bismarck on Saturday, falling 24-1. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

West Fargo's defeat dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Sheyenne, their loss dropped their record down to 5-4.

West Fargo couldn't quite finish off Sheyenne when the teams last played back in April and fell 8-6. Can the Packers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
