Soccer Game Preview: Kodiak vs. Grace Christian

The Kodiak Bears will take on the Grace Christian Grizzlies at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Kodiak's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for seven straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Kodiak is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Alaska's top teams: Wasilla, who was ranked third at the time (Kodiak was ranked 23rd). The Bears lost 12-0 to the Warriors on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Grace Christian's game on Tuesday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell 2-0 to Palmer. One thing that didn't help Grace Christian's chances was the red card they were dealt courtesy of Scarlett Hall.

Kodiak's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Grace Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-7-2.
