Volleyball Recap: Cardinal Comes Up Short

Cardinal was the 2-1 winner over Pekin when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Comets fell 2-0 to the Panthers on Monday.

Cardinal's defeat dropped their record down to 4-14. As for Pekin, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-7.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cardinal will venture away from home to take on Knoxville at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Pekin, they will head out to square off against Louisa-Muscatine on Thursday.
