Volleyball Recap: St. James Academy Gets the Win

St. James Academy won the last time they faced Olathe North and things went their way on Saturday too. The Thunder came out on top against the Eagles by a score of 2-0.

Mya Lee paced St. James Academy's offense, picking up 12 kills. Lee got some help from Ellen Dorsey and her 25 assists. Catelynn Conrad controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

St. James Academy's win bumped their record up to 17-8. As for Olathe North, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-10.

Coincidentally, St. James Academy and Olathe North will both be playing Shawnee Mission South the next time they take the court. The Eagles will head out to face the Raiders at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Thunder will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
