Chad Monty continued his hot streak on Friday by dropping his eighth-straight game (dating back to last season) with at least 112 rushing yards. He rushed for 218 yards and a pair of TDs while picking up 7.5 yards per carry. He showed off some serious burst, turning on the afterburners on one carry for 64 yards.

Monty and Granville/Whitehall will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Mechanicville at 7:00 p.m. on the 10th. Sadly, Monty's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Golden Horde's five-game streak of wins at home.
