Basketball Recap: Livonia Takes a Loss

Livonia was the 69-66 winner over Beau Chene when they last played one another last Saturday, but their luck changed this time around. The Livonia Wildcats fell to the Beau Chene Gators 48-42. While the Wildcats didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Gators 15-10 in the first quarter.

Livonia's loss dropped their record down to 15-18. As for Beau Chene, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 14-15.

Coming up, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Wildcats challenge the Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Opelousas will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Livonia surely won't give up without a fight. As for Beau Chene, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Cecilia at 7:00 p.m.
