The Blue Ridge Yellow Jackets will square off against the Winslow Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Blue Ridge is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.7 runs per game this season.

Blue Ridge couldn't beat Snowflake on Friday even though they stacked six runs on them in the seventh inning. The Yellow Jackets fell 10-6 to the Lobos. The Yellow Jackets haven't had much luck with the Lobos recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Blue Ridge saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Matthew Rooney, who went 2-for-3 with one run and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Winslow was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They took a 9-5 hit to the loss column at the hands of Holbrook.

Blue Ridge's loss dropped their record down to 13-6. As for Winslow, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-16-1.

Everything went Blue Ridge's way against Winslow in their previous meeting back in March, as Blue Ridge made off with a 12-1 victory. Will the Yellow Jackets repeat their success, or do the Bulldogs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
