Basketball Recap: Florence-Carlton Extends Winning Streak to 12

Florence-Carlton waltzed into their match on Saturday with 11 straight wins... but they left with 12. They really took it to Arlee for the full four quarters, racking up a 71-12 win. With the Falcons ahead 51-10 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Florence-Carlton's victory was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 13-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 25.8 points over those games. As for Arlee, they are on an 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Florence-Carlton will square off against Darby at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Arlee, they will head out to challenge Anaconda at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
