Volleyball Recap: Gideon's Victory on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Gideon had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Clarkton Reindeer as they made off with a 3-0 win. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Bulldogs have posted against the Reindeer since October 25, 2021.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Gideon was: they took every set by at least 13 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-12, 25-11.

Among those leading the charge was Jalynn Ford, who had 14 digs. Those 14 digs gave her a new career-high.

Gideon's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Clarkton, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Coming up, Gideon will square off against Holcomb at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Clarkton, they will challenge North Pemiscot at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
