Football Recap: Stevenson Comes Up Short + How To Watch

After soaring to 44 points the game before, Stevenson was a bit more limited in their game on Friday. They took a blow against the Castle Rock Rockets, falling 42-12. The Bulldogs were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 28-6.

Among those leading the charge was Aiden Mead, who rushed for 44 yards and one touchdown, and also picked up 31 receiving yards. Those 31 receiving yards gave him a new career-high.

Stevenson now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Castle Rock, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Coming up, Stevenson will face off against Kalama at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Chinooks' defense has only allowed 12.8 points per game this season, so the Bulldogs' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Castle Rock, they will challenge La Center at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Rockets will need to watch out since the Wildcats have now posted at least 31 points in their last three matchups.
