Calhoun Academy found a leader in Austin Summers as the team took down Thomas Sumter Academy on Thursday. Summers produced his best game of the campaign: he scored three runs while going 2-for-2. He also put up a double, which was his first of the season.

Summers' strong effort led Calhoun Academy over Thomas Sumter Academy and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
