Wake Christian Academy extended their winning streak to ten games thanks to a huge performance from Evann Curry. The Bulldogs put the hurt on the Trinity Academy Tigers with a sharp 3-0 victory on Tuesday thanks in part to Curry, who had 12 digs and five aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last nine games she's played.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-7, 25-10.

Wake Christian Academy was led to victory by Lydia Deans and Caroline Floyd. Deans hit 71.4% for five kills and 11 digs and five aces, while Floyd hit 72.7% for eight kills and four digs and one block. That's the most kills Floyd has posted since back in August.

Wake Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 22-7. As for Trinity Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 5-10.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Wake Christian Academy will welcome Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Trinity Academy, they will challenge Cary Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
