Volleyball Recap: De Kalb Wins Going Away Against Ashdown

De Kalb not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since August 19th (when they won 3-0). They blew past the Ashdown Panthers 3-0. The Bears were shut out 3-0 the last time they took on the Panthers, so the Bears were just returning the favor.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant De Kalb was: they took every set by at least 14 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-7, 25-11, 25-11.

De Kalb is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season.

De Kalb will be taking part in a tournament against New Waverly at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday. Ashdown has already played their next game (against Arkadelphia), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
