Basketball Game Preview: Sequim Wolves vs. Fife Trojans

The Sequim Wolves will challenge the Fife Trojans at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The timing is sure in Sequim's favor as the squad sits on five straight wins at home (dating back to last season) while Fife has been banged up by ten consecutive losses on the road also dating back to last season.

Last Saturday, Sequim strolled past WF West with points to spare, taking the game 59-42. The 59-point effort marked the Wolves' lowest-scoring match of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 65-35, which was the final score in Fife's tilt against Olympic on Saturday.

Fife's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Sequim, their win bumped their record up to 7-0.

Sequim took their victory against Fife when the teams last played back in December of 2023 by a conclusive 55-33. Will Sequim repeat their success, or does Fife have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
