Volleyball Game Preview: Kingman Academy Tigers vs. North Valley Christian Academy Lions

The Kingman Academy Tigers will square off against the North Valley Christian Academy Lions at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

North Valley Christian Academy is facing Kingman Academy at the wrong time: Kingman Academy suffered their first home loss of the season on Wednesday and they're likely out for redemption. They fell just short of the Broncs by a score of 3-2. While the Tigers didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Broncs 25-15 in the first set.

Kingman Academy was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Parker work for it, especially in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 15-25, 25-17, 29-27, 24-26, 15-13.

Meanwhile, North Valley Christian Academy waltzed into their matchup on Monday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. Everything went their way against the HORNETS as they made off with a 3-0 win.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant North Valley Christian Academy was: they took every set by at least 15 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-5, 25-10, 25-10.

North Valley Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 24-7. As for Kingman Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 12-7.

Kingman Academy couldn't quite get it done against North Valley Christian Academy when the teams last played back in October of 2024 as they fell 3-1.
