Basketball Recap: Brilynn Rudasill's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Ridgemont over Northmor

Ridgemont was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They took a 50-37 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Northmor Golden Knights. The Golden Gophers were not able to make up for their loss to the Golden Knights from their previous meeting back in December of 2019.

Several Golden Gophers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Brilynn Rudasill, who posted six points.

Ridgemont's defeat dropped their record down to 5-12. As for Northmor, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-13.

Ridgemont didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 60-36 loss against Mt. Gilead on the 3rd. As for Northmor, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 47-41 win against Mapleton on the 5th.
