Hale had to kick off their season on the road on Thursday, but they showed no ill effects. They secured a 79-73 W over the Meadville Eagles. Winning may never get old, but the Cardinals sure are getting used to it with their sixth in a row dating back to last season.

What's more, Schreckhise also posted a 67% field goal percentage, which is the highest he's posted since back in December of 2023. Another player making a difference was Reece Meyers, who earned seven points along with seven assists.
