University School of Jackson found a leader in Braydin Jones as the squad took down Trinity Christian Academy on Monday. Jones struck out eight batters over seven innings while giving up three earned (and one unearned) runs off five hits, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.
