 Seaford can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game  on Monday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Delmarva Christian Royals  a   3-0 shutout. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Seaford also won the last time the pair played  back in April of 2022.
  Hunter Speed was  excellent,  scoring a  run and  stealing a base while going 1-for-3.
 Seaford's victory was  their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 4-5. As for Delmarva Christian,  this is  the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 5-3.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Seaford will  face off against Delmar at 4:15  p.m.  on Tuesday. Seaford is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 7  runs per game  this season. As for Delmarva Christian, they are on the road again  on Tuesday to play McKean at 4:00  p.m. Delmarva Christian's pitching crew has only allowed 3.1  runs per game  this season, so McKean's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
