It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Rio Hondo can now relate to. They fell 57-44 to the West Oso Bears on Friday. The Bobcats' defeat signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.

Jordan Hernandez was a one-man wrecking crew for West Oso as he went 7-for-15 on his way to 20 points. Hernandez's evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least 15 points. Amarre Sanders was another key player, putting up nine points and four steals.

Rio Hondo's loss dropped their record down to 21-14. As for West Oso, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-13 record this season.

Rio Hondo does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for West Oso, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 79-61 defeat against Crystal City on the 24th.
