Millard hasn't had much luck against Beaver recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Eagles will welcome the Beavers at 3:30 p.m. Millard knows how to get runs on the board -- the team has finished with ten runs or more in their past three matchups -- so hopefully Beaver likes a good challenge.
Last Wednesday, Millard made easy work of Delta and carried off a 23-5 win. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Rabbits recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.

Millard got a massive performance out of Jansie Chlarson, who scored four runs and stole two bases while getting on base in four of her five plate appearances. Chlarson is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last five games she's played. Another player making a difference was Maggie Stephens, who scored four runs and stole a base while going 2-for-5.
Millard always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .564. They are a perfect 8-0 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.
Meanwhile, Beaver unfortunately witnessed the end of their seven-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell just short of South Sevier by a score of 3-2. Having soared to a lofty 17 runs in the game before, the Beavers couldn't push the score so high this time.
Beaver saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jerzee Beaumont, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one double.
Millard pushed their record up to 10-7 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 21.2 runs over those games. As for Beaver, their defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 15-5.
Tuesday's game might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Millard has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .505. However, it's not like Beaver struggles in that department as they've averaged .469. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Millard suffered a grim 11-1 defeat to Beaver when the teams last played back in April of 2024. Will the Eagles have more luck at home instead of on the road? Come back here after the game to get an analysis of the match and other softball content.
