Baseball Recap: Balboa Takes a Loss

Balboa was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 34-5 to the Stuart Hall Knights.

Balboa saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Nick Gwinn, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one run.

Balboa's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Stuart Hall, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Coming up, Balboa will face off against El Camino at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Stuart Hall, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 19-1 win against International on the 4th.
