Volleyball Game Preview: West Shores Wildcats vs. Brawley Wildcats

West Shores will challenge Brawley at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

Last Thursday, West Shores came up short against Holtville and fell 3-1. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Brawley didn't have quite enough to beat Holtville on Tuesday and fell 3-2. The defeat continues a trend for the Wildcats in their meetings with the Vikings: they've now lost three in a row.

Brawley actually scored more points across those five sets (101-93), but sadly they still had to settle for second. The final score came out to 15-25, 25-20, 13-25, 25-19, 15-12.

West Shores' loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Brawley, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-21.
