Volleyball Recap: Hialeah-Miami Lakes Comes Up Short

Hialeah-Miami Lakes and Hialeah squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Hialeah-Miami Lakes had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Thoroughbreds by a score of 3-2. The Trojans were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Thoroughbreds earlier this season, when they won 3-1.

Hialeah-Miami Lakes' loss dropped their record down to 14-8. As for Hialeah, their win bumped their record up to 7-12.

Hialeah-Miami Lakes does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Hialeah, they will take on Reagan at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bison will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something the Thoroughbreds surely won't give up without a fight.
