Louisa County has gone a perfect 10-0 against Albemarle recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. Ava Whiteman made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out six over five innings pitched. Whiteman was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-2 with three RBI.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Sam Armstrong, who went 1-for-2 with one home run and three RBI. Stella Swensen was another key player, getting on base in all three of her plate appearances with three runs and one double.
