Volleyball Recap: Marina Takes a Loss

Marina lost against Los Alamitos back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Vikings lost 3-0 to the Griffins. The Vikings' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it five in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-16, 25-16.

Marina's loss dropped their record down to 11-17. As for Los Alamitos, the victory snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 16-12 record.

Marina does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Los Alamitos, they will head out on the road to square off against Corona del Mar at 5:45 p.m. on Monday.
