Kathleen extended their losing streak to five on Friday, dropping them down to 1-6. They came up short against the Lake Gibson Braves, falling 37-13. While losing is never fun, the Red Devils can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida football rankings (they are ranked 324th, while the Braves are ranked 144th).

Ashton Frazier threw for 108 yards on ten of 16 attempts. Marcus Bankston was his top target, picking up 63 receiving yards.
