Baseball Recap: Barker Takes a Loss

Barker lost against Medina on Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Bulldogs lost 15-3 to the Mustangs. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Noah Sandolfini made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and got on base in two of his three plate appearances with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI. He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games he's played.

Barker's loss dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Medina, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-1.

Coming up, Barker will be playing at home against Royalton-Hartland at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bulldogs' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Rams have averaged an impressive 6.2 runs per game this season. As for Medina, they will head out to challenge Kenmore West at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
