Baseball Recap: Hardee Takes a Loss

Hardee managed to slip by North Port the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Wildcats came up short against the Bobcats on Wednesday, falling 9-2.

Leo Marrero was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with two doubles and one run.

Hardee's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for North Port, the victory also got them back to even at 1-1.

Hardee didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 9-3 win against Fort Meade on the 13th. As for North Port, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, an 11-0 victory against Lemon Bay on the 13th.
