Volleyball Recap: Central Wisconsin Christian Find Success

Central Wisconsin Christian's tournament run continued when they took on Wisconsin Heights on Friday. The Crusaders walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Vanguards. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Crusaders.

While Central Wisconsin Christian won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-22.

Kiley Beer paced Central Wisconsin Christian's offense, picking up six kills. Beer got some help from Kate Westra and her 11 assists. Finally, Beer was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high three blocks.

Central Wisconsin Christian now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Wisconsin Heights, they dropped their record down to 2-1 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season.
