Basketball Recap: Alma Center Lincoln Takes a Loss

Alma Center Lincoln was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 53-45 to the Blair-Taylor Wildcats. The Hornets were probably out for revenge after losing 47-27 to them when the teams met back in January, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Alma Center Lincoln's record now sits at 2-6. As for Blair-Taylor, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Alma Center Lincoln will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Pepin/Alma at 7:15 p.m. on January 2, 2025. Blair-Taylor also won't see the court for a while: their next contest is against Elmwood/Plum City at 1:00 p.m. on January 4, 2025.
